What are my shipping options?
The delivery of products is performed by a courier service selected by L.C.A., which offers a shipment tracking service.
The orders are processed within 2/3 days of purchase. The orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.
Shipping fees
Shipping costs (and any customs duties, if any) are exclusively charged to the Customer, as shown in the table below.
Timing
Orders are shipped and delivered to a valid address on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays).
Deliveries are made, from the date of the order confirmation

Condition of Sale
As these are cosmetic products, returns and refunds will not be accepted for reasons of hygiene and health protection.
Once the order confirmation email has been received, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.
L.c.a. cannot be held responsible in any way for damage, theft or loss occurring during shipment.
